When you request an outfitter referral from Huntin’ Fool, we make sure that we understand your needs and expectations first, and then we provide you our recommended outfitters for you to contact so that you can make the final decision after personally interacting with them. Hunt Giveaways

Over the last two decades, we’ve helped hunters book thousands of hunts with outfitters from around the world. We’ve learned that it’s always wise to book with the best outfitters in the business, but we also know that many of these hunts are beyond the price range of most hunters. That’s why we love making the most sought-after hunt opportunities a possibility through our Membership Drives. We purchase more than $600,000 worth of coveted hunts from the best outfitters in North America for species such as bighorn sheep, brown bear, moose, elk, deer, and more. Draw Cost Calculator

Costs can add up quickly when you’re applying to hunt out of state. Some states charge all fees up front and refund the money if you don’t draw the tag you applied for, while others charge certain fees at the time of application and then additional fees if you’re successful in the draw. To add to the confusion, there are hunting license fees, application fees, point fees, and other miscellaneous permit fees that are nearly impossible to keep track of in one place. Our Draw Cost Calculator is the only place that prospective applicants can turn to that actively calculates all fees while you “window shop” for tags you’re interested in. Once you’re done shopping we’ll email you a copy of your final strategy along with a cost sheet that breaks out the fees you’ll incur if you proceed. This one-of-a-kind tool is an invaluable resource for everyone from seasoned application veterans to those who are brand-new to the application game.

Draw Odds

When it comes to draw odds, it’s no secret that tags are becoming more difficult to draw. That’s why it’s critical to understand your draw odds when planning your future hunts. For states that have point systems, Huntin’ Fool allows you to plug in your personal point level to see yourself more accurately in the draw. We partner with data experts who acquire full data sets from each state and run thousands of simulations to produce draw odds you can trust.

Podcast

We started the Built to Hunt Podcast in an effort to provide information to our busy members in yet another format. Our primary goal on the podcast is to educate our listeners on various state hunting application systems and hunting opportunities, but we also cover a wide range of hunting topics, including the latest and greatest in gear and equipment.

YouTube
