Location Sharing requires a data connection (cellular, Wi-Fi, or satellite service with a compatible data plan). Satellite messengers like Garmin inReach and Apple’s Emergency SOS don’t support Location Sharing. Everyone in a sharing session needs their own onX Hunt Premium or Elite Membership.
