Trail Overview

This is a short trail that can be used to travel from the town of Fence to the town of Armstrong Creek. As well as access a large portion of the Florence and Marinette County trail systems. The trail surface is mostly dirt, as it winds through mature hardwood forests. Corners are tight in some areas creating reduced visibility. There are also some spots where water will build up creating small water holes that will need to be traversed. All but one hill on this trail is small, and rolling as the trail traverses the landscape. This helps to provide nice views as the trail is navigated. The start point and end points of this trail are pavement, however, for the individual looking to take a different route between Fence and Armstrong creek, this is a perfect option.
