Trail Overview
This diverse single-track trail winds from South Cispus Road up Tongue Mountain. It starts at a relatively tame grade with a few punchy rock/root sections, then turns into a steeper climb with many rocks/root sections to push through. It finishes with some more effortless downhill flow to Lambert Creek Road
