This is a dirt-based forest road that leads to the Sherman Mountain hiking Trailhead. The trail climbs around 850 feet in elevation and has washboard and rocky sections. You will have views of the surrounding ridges and peaks. The trail is mostly two-track with plenty of places to pass other vehicles. Camping is allowed along this entire trail, and there are several dispersed campsites with pre-existing fire rings. Cell phone service was weak, but enough to send a message or make a call. There are no amenities on the trail, but you are approximately 30 minutes from Kettle Falls, Washington, where you will find supplies and services. Any vehicle should be able to traverse this trail.

This is a narrow, dirt-based forest road that gradually climbs to the Sherman Creek hiking trailhead. This trail is two-track in several places, has some rock garden sections, and minor wash. Any vehicle should have no issues on this trail.
