This trail winds through the Naneum Ridge State Forest and has a difficulty rating of 1. There are no significant obstacles, aside from the occasional cow that may want to stand in the middle of the road. Although there were no riders on the trail, it was dusty; a bandana is recommended to help manage the dust.

Access Description

Take Exit 115 to Kittitas. Head west on 1st Avenue toward Main Street. Turn right onto Main Street, then turn left onto Patrick Avenue. Next, turn right onto Fairview Road, turn left onto Radar Road, and finally turn right onto Naneum Road. There is a large pullout where you can camp in the Naneum Ridge State Forest. Be on the lookout for free-range cattle, as they are common in the area and are generally accustomed to vehicles. Usually, they will stay in place, so be sure to drive slowly around any livestock you encounter.
