Trail Overview
This is a six-mile round-trip spur off of Forest Road 1100. This trail has a seasonal gate that will be open or closed due to weather and logging activities in the area and is popular with hikers due to the exposed nature and wildflowers in the area. There are also dirt bike trails in the area, so drivers should be mindful of them. The trail itself is an easy scenic drive but does have a steep incline/descent towards the large open campsite at the end.
