Trail Overview
When looking east from Little Moab, there is a hill that climbs out of the valley. This hill is the beginning of this trail. It is a steep hill with loose rock and little traction. Once on top of the hill, the views are incredible. Coming back down the other side is no easy task either. It is just as steep and has rock ledges to traverse down or up, depending on the direction of travel. Reaching the bottom of the hill, there are two options. Heading straight will lead to the top of Wanlass Hill proper, but it appears to be a nasty climb. Heading right, where this trail is mapped, leads to a relatively easy trail back to the valley.
