Trail Overview

This short (2-mile) point-to-point trail is an optional route off of Gold Bar Rim trail and is more difficult, typically buggies and bigger rigs. There are two named obstacles along this trail. The first is 'Riff Riff', a 2-section obstacle, the first section is a large rock slab that is undercut. Once this is negotiated and you are on the slanty slab the second section is a climb up numerous large rocks that are also undercut, with large holes in between rocks. The second obstacle is 'No Left Turn'. This obstacle requires a hard right turn followed by a steep drop to a narrow pass with a drop-off on the left and a wall on the right. There is a large rock that the left tire must climb while trying not to slam the top of your rig into the wall. This trail is for experienced drivers with well-built rigs. Vehicle damage and rollovers are possible.
