Trail Overview
Easy, non-graded trail that travels through the Lake Fork Wildlife Management Area as well as the Manti La Sal Forest. This trail starts in Indianola and ends on Highway 89 or vice versa, depending on the direction of travel. The trail itself is easy going with no technical spots and is wide enough for two vehicles to pass. Several sections of drainage ditches will catch you off guard, so be sure to pay attention and slow down. There is a National Forest sign that states this is a day-use only trail and that no trailers are allowed on this road, so there is no camping allowed along the road. That being said, it's a beautiful drive through a beautiful forest with plenty of side trails to explore and find camping spots.
