Trail Overview
This 3-mile segment of the Enduro Loop is rated easy, but goes through some scenic and unique desert landscapes, making for a fun ride. The north end starts off of Crystal Geyser Road 148 as a narrow dirt single track through bushes and flat desert terrain in a barren landscape. It goes up and over small hills and crosses washes. Watch out for sudden G-outs. It starts to go over some bumpy rock slab and one shelfy spot on a small platform above the wash. It crosses Ruby Ranch Road at a wide-open camp spot/staging area. The trail widens up after the staging area as it keeps heading south. Then it goes down a one-foot-tall rock ledge and out onto a shelfy side-hill along the mesa. It looks sketchy, but the trail is still pretty wide here, so it doesn't have as much exposure. It's a really cool landscape here, with a balanced rock on the hill. It goes around the rim of the mesa and turns into a ridgeline, with embedded slab rock, loose rocks, and small ledges. There's a steeper downhill off of the ridge line. Towards the south end, it turns into a wide dirt trail with whoops at the base of the hills, then goes into a scenic wash surrounded by sandstone walls like a slot canyon. The south end ends in a huge wide sandy wash. It's overall a really fun ride and can be combined with the rest of the Enduro Loop for a fun day ride.

Difficulty
This is a 3 difficulty for a couple of rock ledges and a couple of steeper spots. It does some side-hilling, but the trail is really wide in these spots so it's still easy.
