Trail Overview
E-101 Minos Loop is a moderately difficult trail that is challenging without being overly technical. It's a great option for drivers who are ready to start tackling harder obstacles while keeping the risk of vehicle damage relatively low. The trail is primarily made up of boulders and rock ledges, with steps reaching up to approximately 30 inches tall. While the obstacles are not off-camber, drivers should expect frequent contact with their skid plates. Skid plates, 33-inch + tires, and recovery gear are required to safely complete this trail. Several additional trails branch off the main loop, offering larger obstacles and optional lines for those looking to increase the difficulty. Most of the larger obstacles have bypasses available. The largest shelf on this trail is optional. Some sections may require winching. This is a slow-going but short trail, and difficulty increases significantly after rain, as the rock surfaces become slick.
