Boots Off Camp Trail

Trail Overview

Boots Off Camp Trail is a nice trail leading to 13 semi-private campsites. These campsites are in the southern area of the park and will take approximately 30 to 45 minutes to navigate. This area of the park is quiet and secluded. This is an amazing area to stargaze due to very little light pollution. This trail leads off of Salt Fork Section 3 so it does have a 3 to 6-foot climb to enter the campsites and may not be accessible by some camp trailers. Please adhere to leave-no-trace principles as this is a pack-in/pack-out park. All sites must be reserved at the Merus Adventure office or @merusadventure.com.

This is a short trail with a steep climb to enter the camping area from either way. The trail can be treacherous during rain storms.
