Trail Overview

Montgomery Road is a maintained gravel road connecting the paved roads in the riding area. It starts off Norma Road and leads up to Log Road 1, where it connects. There is a staging area large enough to turn around or stop with a truck and trailer, and drop off an ATV to use in the riding area. The road does have some blind hills and curves, so speed should be kept low to avoid an accident on the loose rock. Montgomery Road is a maintained gravel road that connects paved roads into the Royal Blue Riding Area. It begins off of Norma Road and leads directly up to Log Road 1, serving as a primary access route into the trail system. At the connection point with Log Road 1, there is a staging area large enough to turn around with a truck and trailer or unload ATVs and other off-road vehicles before heading into the trails. The road itself is generally well-maintained, but it does include several blind hills and curves. Due to the loose gravel surface and limited visibility in these areas, speeds should be kept low to reduce the risk of oncoming traffic and potential accidents.
