Trail Overview

This is a reasonably well-maintained road that starts at Ocoee Number Three Dam. It is one of the main access trails for the Big Frog Wilderness Area Trails. You will gain almost 1000 feet of elevation but it is not a steep climb. Nothing difficult about this trail so you do not need anything special to drive it. There's a campground at the beginning of the trail called Thunder Rock which provides 37 regular campsites for popups and RVs less than 20 feet with no electricity, ONLY site 9 is an electric site for less than 20 feet at 30 amp, and one group campsite. We did have some cell service (Verizon) on this trail.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JwHllfWVLbk
