This is a super easy two-track seasonal trail. This trail is only open from 10-1 to 12-18. Double-check the rules for this trail with Tellico Ranger District. It was open today with some off-shoots open as well. We didn't encounter any challenges really. The hunters run this trail both ways so be mindful of pull-offs and spots to move to the side. There are some minor rutting and Potholes but nothing crazy. I have a stock Nissan Frontier with a leveling kit ~1" lift. There are beautiful openings on the ridges for pictures and maybe a stop for a hike up to the top for lunch. IT IS HUNTING SEASON WHEN THIS TRAIL IS OPEN. WEAR HI-VIS CLOTHING IF LEAVING THE TRAIL ON FOOT. We really had a nice peaceful drive.

There are no water crossings but, it is rutted, loose, steep in places, single-vehicle lane. There may be mudholes after heavy rain, nothing over a foot deep, and some washout ruts here and there.

This trail is certainly not a 3. I would rate this as a 1. We did the whole thing in 2wd. There were on steep climbs/descents or any real obstacles. In fact, you dont really even have to air down your tires. It’s THAT easy. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a fun little ride, but I was hoping for more technical stuff. Lots of hunters out there.

Super fun trail. Aired down, disconnected the Sway Bar and floated the whole way.

Some parts are starting to be overgrown and there are a few ruts . We were in basically stock vehicles with small lifts and 33-35 . 4wd necessary.
