Trail Overview
This bumpy out and back ends at a private property sign nailed to a downed tree in a stunning Aspen Grove. Along the trail, a ton of offshoots lead to epic cliffside views and the glacially carved valley to the east. These are well worth exploring. Near the beginning are a few dispersed camping spots with old established rock fire rings, but they become less common the further one travels. The trail surface is very rocky, with some bouldery rock gardens, off-camber sections, and deep ruts. Do not attempt when wet; the moon dust could become sloppy goo. There are two bars of Verizon LTE that fade in and out.

Difficulty
Rocky and off-camber sections, long sections of rock gardens that could puncture a sidewall or hand up a differential. It can be covered in snow until July! It's a very small window of summer and fall to explore this trail.
