Trail Overview

This is the infamous trail that has ripped off many Tesla bumpers! If you're looking for an epic view and and amazingly scenic drive, you can access this trailhead via the trail Todd Lake TH/370. With the option to enter the trail system near Mount Bachelor or off Skyliners Road near Tumalo Falls, there really is no wrong way to go about this drive. Keep in mind that this whole area gets closed during the winter as it's buried in the snow. From the top of the trailhead, there is a 2-mile hike to one of the most beautiful lakes in the area. Enjoy and don't forget to tread lightly!

Difficulty

This trail has claimed many Tesla bumpers, but don't be worried by what most classify as needing an extreme 4x4 to cross. This is a relatively mild trail that any vehicle with moderate clearance (think Crosstrek at a minimum) paired with a level head and well chosen lines could easily accomplish.
