Trail Overview

Trail 102 is a directional double black diamond single track descending from north to south. The trail clings tightly to a steep hillside with very narrow, deeply troughed side-hilling and tight switchbacks. Overgrown ferns frequently obscure the line, and riders may not be able to see the trail at all in some sections. The descent includes a large downed log at an awkward height that must be maneuvered under, and a continuously steep grade. It drops almost a thousand feet elevation in just .8 miles.
