Trail Overview
This trail is part of the Oklahoma Adventure Trail and follows a well-maintained gravel road that was recently graded as of May 2025. It passes through a pastoral landscape lined with farmhouses and homesteads, and drivers should be prepared to encounter local traffic, including agricultural vehicles. Dust is common in some stretches, particularly during dry weather, and the surrounding fields are often filled with grazing cattle, adding to the rural atmosphere. While the drive is pleasant, the trail does not offer any formal or dispersed camping areas and lacks basic services such as trash disposal and potable water. Cell phone coverage is limited, so travelers should consult the OnX app for accurate signal information before setting out.
