Trail Overview
Tucked deep into the hardwood forest is one of the lesser-known back roads of this trail system. You start at a fork in the road that will lead you down a very quiet gravel road that will dead-end. With nothing else around but the echoes of the past that once took place in these deep woods. There are several gated side spurs along the route that are not accessible by vehicle but can be explored on foot, with multiple ponds scattered throughout the area. At the dead end, secluded camping and fishing spots can be found among hidden ponds and swamps, offering a quiet setting with little to no traffic for miles.
