Trail Overview
The Superior Corridor Trail is the longest trail in the Ironton Ranger District of Wayne National Forest. All OHV trails in Wayne National Forest are width-restricted to a maximum of 50 inches and require a pass that can be purchased from the Wayne National Forest Headquarters or select local vendors. This trail offers some of everything: steep hill climbs and descents, tight switchbacks, off-camber turns, muddy ruts, long high-speed straights, mud holes, and rocky washouts. It passes within a few hundred yards of the ruins of the old Superior Cement Factory. There is a spur trail that takes you to the ruins. It is worth checking out. This trail is also the main connector to other trails on the north side of the OHV area.
