Trail Overview

Rugged up/downhill with a bowling ball and larger rocks on a heavily washed out unmaintained road. sections of the off-camber that will stretch the suspension. Small water crossing at the bottom of the hill. overhanging trees and no place to pass once you commit. recommend weekday adventure as the weekend is usually busy with side-by-sides from local campgrounds

Water 💦 only water. Couldn't go 1 inch onto this road. No saying how far the road was covered, or how deep it was. Amazing flooding.

I have spoke with the trustees and the county engineering office. The trustee saying it is "closed" is a misunderstanding on his part. It is only unmaintained. There has been not vacation or process or the vacation of stone quarry rd. If you have any questions on this feel free to call the Knox County Engineering Office and confirm this.

Access Description

Near Walhonding Hills campground. At main road, isn't marked and appears to be a driveway leading into woods
