Trail Overview

This is a short dirt and gravel trail that can be combined with Pinnacle Mountain Road to make a great loop. It runs along a small stream with great views of the stream and a small waterfall. It runs through a wooded area from a river valley up to a ridge. It's an easy trail with only small rocks and holes and is easily accessible with a stock 4WD and 2WD with some ground clearance. There is private land and state forest on either side, so stay on the trail.

Difficulty

This trail is mostly gravel and dirt with no real obstacles. It could easily be done in a stock 4WD and 2WD with ground clearance.

First ride. The paved portion from 225 is great. The gravel part still has a lot of snow/slush and some ice. I made it to Bald Rock before I had to turn around. That climb was pretty much frozen over. Huge shout to the Dodge 4x4 for yielding. Can't wait to ride this (and Pinnacle Mtn. Rd.) when this mess thaws and dries.

Green River Road is an easy drive. We even saw a Toyota Corolla. Any car can make this drive.
