Trail Overview
North Glorieta Pass can be run from its east entrance at the top of Rowe Hill off of CR34 or from its west entrance located off of CR51. The primarily dirt two track is just over one and a half vehicles in width for the majority of its length and doesn't feature any obstacles larger than 10" in size. There is some deeper rutting through several sections that may become worse after wet weather and traffic. There are some small sections of loose rocks, primarily on the short low-grade ascents and descents that most high clearance 2WD and AWD vehicles will be able to traverse without issue depending on weather. Cell service is fairly strong through a majority of the trail with only a few low sections dropping to weaker service. Views are wide open giving a clear glimpse of the Pecos Wilderness Mountains to the north as well as the outlying mountains to the west.
