Trail Overview

This unmarked and unnamed BLM road provides the shortest and most direct connection between Pioche's quaint Nevada town and Caselton's mining district and village. The connection is made by traveling over the famed Treasure Hill just south of Pioche, Nevada. One can access a network of off-highway roads and trails from the Caselton District, including the Silver State OHV Trail. Aside from the practical access this road provides, it offers up-close and personal views of old mining structures on Treasure Hill. A definite "must" for us historical mining nuts, and an easy connection to off-highway backcountry Nevada.
