Ashley Divide

Trail Overview

This trail climbs up to a ridgeline and follows the ridgeline to four other trails. This trail is also referred to as "Shale Trail" by the locals. It starts off rocky and turns into a really nice dirt trail. Although it is a single-track trail, it is fairly wide. Along this trail, you will see views of Ashley Lake, nearby mountains, and winding valleys.

The larger rock that you have to ride on climbing up the mountain makes this trail a 4. Otherwise, it would be lower.
