Trail Overview

This is a scenic trail that leads you over various terrain. You will drive up on the ridge for great views of the trees and rolling hills of the Mark Twain National Forest. As well as cross over some creek crossing. There are some smaller rocky ledges along the way that have bypasses for traffic control or if you simply do not want to try them.

Difficulty

The creek crossing will be more shallow when there has not been any recent rainfall, should not be high enough to stop a stock 4x4 from doing. There are some spots that will have your vehicle up to 20 degrees off camber. There is also the potential for scratches in your paint from low hanging limbs.

Access Description

From Highway 125 you will turn left onto Skyline Drive. Once on Skyline Drive you will travel about 2.5 miles and turn right where the sign reads the trail begins.
