Trail Overview

This trail is a wide and well-maintained gravel that winds through a forested landscape with a mix of gentle ascents and descents. Along the route, there are signs of industrial use, including a salt storage facility and two quarries--one on the right that appears to be closed behind a gate, and another on the left that ATV and side-by-side riders commonly use as a recreational area. Logging activity is also present, and it is not uncommon to encounter logging vehicles or local traffic, so drivers should proceed with caution. The trail crosses a small creek and passes by several private residences before continuing deeper into the forest. While the route is accessible and well-traveled, it is not developed for camping or long-term use. There are no designated campsites along this trail, and no facilities such as trash disposal or access to potable water. Cell phone reception may be unreliable or unavailable depending on the location.

Difficulty

The trail is maintained but can develop light overgrowth between trims, especially in the summer months. Commonly used by local OHV traffic, the path remains visible and passable, though branches and low brush may occasionally encroach.
