History

The Migizi Trail is a 19-mile paved loop in the Chippewa National Forest, circling Pike Bay near Cass Lake, Minnesota. The Ojibwe word "migizi" means "bald eagle," and fittingly, the area boasts sightings of these majestic birds, along with herons and pelicans.
