Trail Overview

This trail is accessed from a paved road and begins as a straight, overgrown two-track with a smooth gravel surface that has puddles and occasional potholes. It passes through a mix of forest, wetlands, and open meadows. Partway along, there is a clearing suitable for parking. The trail ends in a dead end near a large pond, where a small turnaround is available, though caution is needed due to dips on either side. Doubling back, the route crosses a paved road and continues past two residences at the start. This section is a narrow, slippery two-track running parallel to a drainage ditch, and it ends at another residence. The trail is scenic but requires care due to local traffic and sandy, slippery sections. It offers no dispersed or formal campsites and lacks amenities such as trash disposal and a water supply; cell service may also be limited.

Difficulty

The trail is maintained but can develop light overgrowth between trims, especially in the summer months. Commonly used by local OHV traffic, the path remains visible and passable, though branches and low brush may occasionally encroach.
