Trail Overview

This trail takes you from 4th of July Creek Lake past multiple mountain lakes. It has amazing views of Washington Lake and the peaks that surround the area, such as Patterson Peak and Blackmon Peak. The trail up to 4th of July Lake is extremely easy and crosses the 4th of July Creek. The trail takes you past an unnamed lake just prior to descending to Washington Lake.

Difficulty

Switchhbacks near the Washington Basin with some large rock obstacles. If you were to ride from the 4th of July Creek side and stop at Washington Lake this would be a level 5 trail.
