To-Wi-Da #3332

Trail Overview

To-Wi-Da #3332 is an intermediate ATV trail that climbs through scenic aspen groves on a faint, grassy, and dry path with some rocky sections. This trail starts directly from the Eightmile Trailhead on Eightmile Road, so you will likely see some other trail users. From the west end, the trail begins with a sustained semi-steep climb over loose rock, featuring several moderate switchbacks--some wide and easy, others tighter and rockier. It follows a shelfy route along the hillside, with occasional off-camber sections where one side of the trail sits lower than the other. Ruts are pronounced along the trail edges, and embedded rock appears frequently throughout the ascent. After approximately 2 miles of climbing, the trail levels out and continues more gradually before reaching its junction with trail #3368.

This is an intermediate trail due to the extended semi-steep climb, loose and embedded rock, and tight switchbacks. Off-camber terrain and shelf sections also add to the overall challenge.
