This is an easy scenic route that can give you access to the 3 Sisters. The loop is very easy with any type of vehicle circling back to town on FS 297. There are great views of the mountains and the valley at multiple points along the way.

Still overgrown in sections. Remember to bring a saw.

If you follow ONX it will seem like it’s leading you astray, part of the road maybe 2 miles of it is Very narrow, definitely sustained some scratches on the side of the vehicle from overgrown trees/bushes. Made it through in just 2 wheel drive and easy throttle. Nothing too technical but definitely had to choose some lines appropriately since my car isnt lifted and it has stock size tires.
