Trail Overview
Want to go overlook Lake Burton from the top of a mountain? Want an easy drive up that mountain via a dirt drive with nice views the whole way? Then this is the trail for you. It was the early spring when we did the road, so not sure if the lake will be as viewable once the leaves fill in, but the view is great. The top of the trail is pretty high up, and at the end are a couple of gates to dirt trails that looked awesome, but were unfortunately closed. Towards the end and near the top, the road does deteriorate slightly, with some ruts and smaller mud puddles, and one washout that has led to a bit of a dirt/mud slide at the edge, so while easy, please do pay attention when driving and avoid the ledge side of the road.

Difficulty
This is an easy gravel road. Most vehicles should have no problems, though at the top (which is where the views are), you may need to carefully avoid some washouts if you don't have much clearance.
