FDR-713

Trail Overview

This section of ATV trail follows a wide dirt path through a dense forest of tall white oaks. It looks like it was probably an old road that's been repurposed for ATV use. The path is mostly straight with fewer curves, making for a steady traverse across the hillside. The trail surface has shallow ruts, loose gravel, scattered sticks, and some exposed roots throughout. A large wooden bridge crosses over Dry Creek about halfway in, over very blue water, offering a nice scenic moment. Watch for poison ivy growing along the edges of the trail.
