Trail Overview

There are so many trails in this area, you could take a whole week and never run out of things to do. A lot of camping spots big enough for RVs and camp trailers are available at both ends of the trail. Bring your ATVs and dirt bikes to try out the huge system of trails that cross throughout the area and offer a little more challenge.

Difficulty

Moderate. Most of this route is easy except for a short downhill section on F.S. 358 between Waypoints 04 and 06. This section is steep and rough in spots. An optional side loop, starting at Wpt. 03 and going around 357A and 357B, is quite narrow and steep. When we attempted to drive it in our stock Wrangler, we encountered some badly washed-out sections. The area is better suited for ATVs and dirt bikes.
