Trail Overview
Roundabout is a short single track through the Uncompahgre National Forest north of Norwood, Colorado. You can access it through a couple of dirt roads off of the main Divide Road that goes through this whole area. The trail goes through tall pines and aspens, with great views of the Uncompahgre Plateau and the surrounding mountains. There are so many aspens that it's really pretty in fall when the colors change. It's hard to see the trail in late fall when the leaves have fallen, covering up a lot of the roots and making the trail more slippery. The trail is decently wide through the trees, making tight turns between the trees, but narrow when it goes through wide open grassy meadows. It's mostly hard-packed dirt, with medium root and rock obstacles. There are rockier sections with small ledges less than a foot tall and lots of slippery roots that cross the trail. There's also potential for small logs across the trail.

Difficulty
A lot of this trail is fast, flowy, and relatively easy, but there are some harder parts that make it slightly more challenging, including small to medium-sized root and rock obstacles.
