Trail Overview

Mailbox is a fast and scenic trail accessed from Divide Road. The trail is fun to ride in either direction. When ridden northeast to southwest, this trail starts very fast and open before getting to a loose and rocky descent that is devoid of any notable features. The trail then moves through some aspen groves before several fast alternating inclines and declines. Following the intersection of Massey Branch Trail, the trail again becomes rocky before transitioning to a loose and moderately steep descent with a stream crossing at the western end. The trail then transitions to the single-track trail Leonard's Ridge, but has a large turnaround and is a great place for a break or lunch.
