Trail Overview
This is an almost 3-mile-long ATV trail through the Uncompahgre National Forest. It's very easy for the entire route, riding through some really great scenery through spruce trees and aspen groves. The entrance is unmarked when it starts at the intersection with the Dry Creek Trail, but it immediately crosses Beaver Dams Road and enters another portion of the trail behind a pinch point and trail sign. It's a wide path with gradual curves, shallow ruts, and loose rocks. It's a pretty flat trail with not much elevation gain. The trail goes through wide open meadows surrounded by aspen trees that are gorgeous in autumn. The route is made up of a lot of long straight sections. You can go fast and straight, and then come up to one big corner, and then go straight again. The east end ends on Paradox Road, across from the Paradox Single Track.
