Trail Overview
This is an easy road for all vehicles, from open meadows to aspen groves, to burn scar areas. Use caution in burn areas during high winds as trees can blow down. In the wintertime, you'll have a chance of seeing elk and deer as this is a wintering area for them. There is a seasonal closure for wildlife habitat from January 1 to June 1st.
Difficulty
Road can get muddy in places after rain. No winter maintenance.
History
In 2017 the area was part of the Weston Pass Wildfire. Just a section of this trip was burned.
