Trail Overview
Buck Trail is generally a tight and curvy trail going through fairly thick vegetation. There are some meadow clearings with nice views. The trail has consistent sections of roots and loose rock throughout that are 6 to 8 inches or less. When the trail is ridden counter-clockwise, there is one fairly steep grade at approximately Mile 5.5 that features rocks and roots. There is a similar ascent at Mile 7.3 as well. The majority of the trail is north of Highway 90 as the trail crosses the road early on; however, the short bit south of the road is still fun and seems to see less usage.
