Trail Overview
This is a point-to-point single-track trail with OHV use limited to dirt bikes only. It serves as a connector trail between areas that have other trail options. There is a narrow gate restricting the entry of larger vehicles at the north trailhead end. The trail surface is primarily dirt with some short stretches of rocky ledges or embedded larger rocks. There are also sections with ruts up to 1-2 feet deep, whoops up to 1 feet high, and tight vegetation. Some stretches of the trail run right along the hillside, with a sharp drop-off on one side, so be cautious. It is closed annually from 11/2 - 4/30. A Green Sticker permit is required for dirt bikes. There is weak or no cellular phone service on most of the trail. Tread Lightly and Pack-It-Out.
