Skidoo Road

Trail Overview

This easy trail leads to the mining town of Skidoo. The trail is wide enough for vehicles to pass and is not technical. Along the trail, explorers are treated to an old miner's cabin, rundown mining structures, amazing views of Badwater Basin, and the stamp mill at the Skidoo site proper. This trail is a nice side detour with plenty of history and old artifacts.

Difficulty

The first portion of this trail is simple enough for a passenger car. Towards the end, the trail travels along a shelf road that requires a bit more clearance.
