This trail starts at Highway 2 and is a graded two vehicle-wide sandy trail in the beginning, providing comfortable navigation. The route serves as a main artery for the area, with lots of dispersed camping opportunities along the way. This trail is located in the Plaster City OHV open riding area and serves as the gateway to the Coyote Mountains and Painted Gorge Area, making it an important access route for exploring these destinations. The first 2.5 miles are nice and smooth, offering easy travel before the trail starts moving into the hills, where you'll encounter lots of washboards that create a bumpier ride as you gain elevation.
