This 2.3-mile out-and-back trail travels across open high-desert terrain covered with sagebrush and volcanic pumice. The drive offers unobstructed 360-degree views of Lake Crowley, the Glass Mountains, and the towering Eastern Sierra to the west. The route gently winds toward the shoreline, ending on a raised bank overlooking the lake. It's a great spot to enjoy sweeping views and a quiet moment near the water without venturing into rough terrain. Loose sand and pumice base with patches of gravel.
