Trail Overview
Keddie is a 2-mile-long singletrack on the west side of the Mount Hough Trail System that is less trafficked and more primitive. It starts on the east end at an intersection with Acorn Grotto, then crosses the road, and goes along an old shelf road. The shelf has overgrown grass and will likely have a few uncut logs. It crosses a small rocky ravine and continues following the wide shelf around the edge of the hillside. The trail eventually turns off from the shelf, and winds through an old burn area, where there were several logs down of various sizes. Some were easy to ride over, and others will take some advanced skill to get over. This trail is not as likely to get cut for the season as it had few tracks, and doesn't directly connect to any other of the major trails in the area. About halfway through it starts to get shelfier, narrower, and more technical. It goes past a big rock outcropping that makes the trail feel tighter, as it goes on the very edge of the hill with more significant exposure. It ends at a forest road on the west side, which you can take for a long time to connect north to the Indian Falls Ridge Trail.

Difficulty
This is an intermediate trail due to shelf exposure, narrow width, and potential for a lot of uncut logs. The logs are not as likely to get cut on this trail, as it's much less trafficked.
