Dunnigan Hill

There are some slightly washed out areas but nothing too horrible. Closer to the south entrance to the park there is a valley and at the bottom is a ditch that anything under 20 degrees approach angle will hit your bumper. Pictures attached

We headed up on Sunday to take the 4Runner off-roading for the first time (besides pismo beach). The route to the park took us through a wild life preserve area and that road was in bad shape and looked to only be able to handle one way traffic. If you take this route you will pass the southern exit of the trail. We stuck just to this trail and only had one other smaller off road vehicle approach us near the bridge. (They towed the smaller off road vehicle with their truck and were parked at the campground just after the bridge). They backed out to let us pass. Other than that we saw no one. Trail was well maintained we didn’t risk pinstripes by braking off onto side trails. Great views. I would recommend coming the long way to this park and not going through the wildlife area. The road has multiple pot holes to avoid.
