Trail Overview
This 1-mile-long ATV trail tightly winds through the Sierra National Forest, descending almost 600 feet in elevation from east to west through a shaded section of forest lined with ferns, cedars, and pines, and goes out onto a shelfier section of trail. In general, this trail is a bit tighter and narrower than some of the other trails nearby, with tighter curves through the trees. The descent gets a bit steeper on the west end and is covered in some loose rocks, with shallow ruts. The trail was clear of any downfall, but riders should be aware of potential log hazards. Expect small roots and a bit of loose rock. This trail is closed seasonally from 12/2 to 8/14.

Difficulty
This trail is not overly difficult because there aren't any major rock ledges or obstacles, but the steepness and tighter trail corridor make it more interesting and add to the technical nature of the trail. This is rated "Moderate" by the Forest Service.
