Trail Overview
21E227B is a short half-mile loop at the north end of 21E227. The trail is deeply rutted in spots and overgrown with grass in the center of the two-track, but it is still easy overall as there aren't any major rocks or obstacles. There is just a bit of loose rock, ruts, and roots, but the trail is also gradual, with great visibility, and through mild terrain. The trail loops around a hilltop, in an open part of the forest, with views over the rolling forested hills. Regardless of which direction you go, you'll gain a hundred feet of elevation in the first half of the loop, then descend back down in the second half.
